Yoga + Karate = Yogate
Mark and I spent last night setting up our second spare bedroom as a studio space for yoga/karate/meditation/reading. We had been using the room as an area to set up Penny's playpen so she would have her own space to sleep at night. Now that she is older she sleeps in her playpen in the basement. Here is what we've done with our reclaimed space...
